2, Filling part: the filling part realizes filling the materials into the washed bottles sent by the bottle punching machine. Filling machine is designed by our company, filling valve has independent intellectual property rights, and uses the principle of pressure filling negative pressure reflux. The filling valve adopts the pressure filling negative pressure type reflux mode, which is quick and sensitive to filling and high filling liquid level precision. There is no spring in the valve, and the material does not contact the spring, which is conducive to the cleaning of the valve. In order to ensure the filling process and the filling temperature, the filling valve is in the micro reflux state when there is no bottle or when the valve is shut down. The filling cylinder adopts full cylinder mode to ensure the pressure in the cylinder is stable. The whole machine has a perfect CIP cleaning interface. The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to make the bottle lift and centering stable. The main transmission adopts gear transmission, namely open type combination transmission, which has high efficiency, small noise, long life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. Frequency converter is used to control the speed of main motor of the machine. The machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation. 3, Screw the cover part: the screw cover part will be screwed to the bottle of the filled product by the lid straightener, and sent to the later process by the conveying chain. The screw cap machine drives the rotating wheel to rotate by the reducer. Leave the cover from the outlet under centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the reverse cover passes, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the reverse cover is automatically blown into the hopper by wind. Only the positive cover can enter the slide smoothly. The cover quantity in the hopper can be automatically detected by photoelectric switch to control the cover conveyor, so as to ensure the excellent effect of the lower cover. When the cover enters the slide, it can enter the feeding plate smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, a dial plate of anti reverse cover is configured on the slide to ensure the cover entering the cover plate is correct. A pair of photoelectric switches are also configured on the slide. When no cover is detected, the main machine will be stopped immediately. In order to effectively remove the broken cover without anti-theft ring and the residual cover when cleaning the hopper, a movable outlet is located directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
