Classification of bottled water filling machines:
1. Bottle feeding mechanism
1) It is a bottle feeding mode with the cooperation of air duct transmission and bottle pulling star wheel.

2. Bottle washing machine
1) All rotating discs are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2) The bottle clamp is made of stainless steel, which is stable and reliable.
3) imported special spray nozzles are used. The flushing water is set at a fixed angle and can be washed to any part of the inner wall of the bottle, flushing thoroughly and saving water for flushing.
4) Advanced corrosion-resistant and maintenance free bearings are used for bottle clamp and lifting mechanism sliding sleeve.
5) The power of the bottle punching machine is transmitted by the transmission system in the frame through gears.

3. Transition wheel
1) Stainless steel wheel is used.

4. Filling machine
1) All rotating discs are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2) The filling method is gravity filling.

5) During the filling process, the bottle moving valve does not move, and the bottle mouth is stuck by the bottle neck supporting plate, and the lifting mechanism is used to realize the descending and ascending under the action of the cam.
6) The liquid level of hydraulic cylinder is controlled by floating ball.
7) The filling power is transmitted by the transmission system in the frame through gears.

5. Capping machine
Capping machine is a three in one machine with medium precision, which has a great influence on the reliability of equipment operation and the defective rate of products.
6. Out of bottle star wheel
1) Nylon wheel and conveying chain work together to get the bottle out.
2) It is equipped with bottle clamping protection device.
7. Bottle delivery chain
1) The drive motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to keep synchronization with the three in one bottler, which can effectively prevent the bottle from overturning.
8. Rack
1) The frame is made of carbon steel, and the surface is antirust treated and sprayed. The surface is covered with SUS304 stainless steel plate.
2) The transmission system of the three in one machine is located under the platform of the machine frame, which is driven by a main motor and driven by gears.
3) The transmission gear adopts the cross arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear.
4) The main motor output shaft is equipped with an overload protection mechanism

10. Automatic capping device
The machine can continuously provide the bottle cap to the hopper of capping machine through a special stainless steel tube. Its structure is simple and practical, and its operation and maintenance are easy. The advantage of the machine is that it does not pollute the purified air in the filling room.
The machine is mainly composed of storage cover box, conveying pipe, fan, transmission device and electrical control. The conveying capacity of the machine is controlled by the electronic detection device of the hopper of the capping machine.
