1.SUMMARY

Independently designed and produced by pou company, the equipment is a case packer that adopts pneumatic+electric running and case packing mode. It has such advantages as compact structure, beautiful appearance, low energy consumption, stable ruuning and convenient operation. The driving unit is symmetrical double rockers, which are driven by Japanese MITSUBISHI servo or three-phase asynchronous motor with stable ruuning.

2.STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1)Bottle gripping device

According to the different shape characteristics of the product, the bottle gripping mechanism and two sets of bottle gripping groups are designed and made according to the different shape characteristics of the product. Each specification of the product adopts the corresponding bottle gripping mechanism to carry on the bottle gripping work. In the bottle gripping group, the bottle head was gripped by gasbag, and there was no damage to the bottle.

2)Lifting mechanism of bottle gripping group

The bottle griping group is driven by symmetrical bidirectional rocker arm, that is, the rocker arm is operated in the designed arc track, and the bottle gripping and packing action are carried out respectively. The design mechanism is compact, accurate and stable.

3)The bottle is fed into the bottle storage conveyor belt on the packing machine through the bottle conveyor belt, and the bottle transported in a single row is automatically divided into 3 columns according to the design requirements, and the arrangement is adjusted to the appropriate position.

4)The baffle plate fixes the box to the correct position by rotating the cylinder, which effectively avoids the phenomenon of missing cans or damaging the box.

5)The box is still when packing, and the box is supplied at the same time when finished box goes out, so as to maximize the working efficiency.

6)The drive motor adopts Sino-US joint venture frequency conversion motor, which is controlled by frequency converter.

7)Automatic bottle divider

Controlled by a micro speed regulating motor, the supplied bottles are automatically divided into four supply columns, which can effectively avoid bottle blockage and bottle extrusion, and effectively ensure the working efficiency of the packing machine.

8)Bottle/box conveyor belt

The conveyor belt is driven by asynchronous motor. According to different conveying needs, frequency converter and contactor are used to control the conveyor belt to realize automatic bottle supply, bottle discharge, automatic box supply , out of the box and so on.

9)Bottle grabbing group

It is composed of two groups of bottle grippers, each group can grasp 15 bottles at the same time, and the two groups of bottle grippers are driven by cylinders and separated from each other.

10)Safety device

Safety doors are installed on the equipment, and all kinds of safety protection and detection devices are installed to effectively ensure the safety of operators.

11)The use of open touch screen operation is more secure and simple. All kinds of fault codes and fault solutions are built in. When the fault occurs, the location of the fault, the cause of the fault and the solution will be displayed on the man-machine operation interface, so as to improve the work efficiency of the maintenance personnel. The modification interface of various operation parameters is built in, which can be modified in time according to the requirements of operators to improve the working efficiency of the equipment.
