It is a robot palletizing system self designed by our company. The system is a set of intelligent control system that can complete the whole palletizing process by taking robot as the main operation body with conveyor and arrangement auxiliary device. This robot palletizing system has the advantages of strong product adaptability and multiformat compatible ability as well as easy maintenance and so forth. Compared with conventional palletizers, robot palletizing system can simultaneously satisfy the needs of multiple production lines and can palletize various products simultaneously.

 

The automatic robot palletizing system includes: box conveying system, box organizing system, robot fixture, robot system, tray conveying system and tray buffering system and so forth. After automatic sealing or being packed by film packing machine, the product carton will be conveyed to box organizing system by box conveying system, which will then be grabbed by robot fixture after being arranged and cleared up, grabbed products will be stacked layer by layer according to stacking up needs of products and then will be conveyed to forklift receiving point by tray conveying system for delivery or being handed over to automatic vertical warehouse. According to requirements of system production speed, an automatic tray conveying station can be individually configured, and robot can be used to supply stacking plates.
