Main structure and characteristics

The body of the Kysj00 Spray pasteurization is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The specific structures and features are as follows:

1. The overall width of the machine is 2000mm, the length is determined according to the product output and customer process requirements, the height is determined according to the product height, and the import and export seal design. The chain net and comb plate are imported PP materials with high strength, high temperature resistance of 115 degrees, and will not be stretched during operation. The thickness of the chain network is 24.6mm. It adopts the straight-line segmented cross-support form to ensure the smooth operation of the chain network, no jitter, and no swing. The height of the chain net is adjustable from 1000 to 1100, and the running speed of the net belt is adjustable from 0 to 1000 mm/min.

2. The main frame is 100X50X2 and 50X50X1.5 high-quality SUS304 stainless steel pipes, the inner box is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 2mm, and the upper cover is 1.5 mm high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate. The spray header on the upper part of the spray adopts industrial grade stainless steel seamless pipe to prevent bursting when the pressure is too high.

3. The nozzle is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the diameter of the nozzle hole is 3mm, it is non-clogging, acid and alkali resistant, and high temperature resistant. The nozzles are evenly distributed to ensure that the bottle and the water evenly contact.

4. The inlet of the pump is connected with the water collection tank outside the box (the water collection tank uses a square stainless steel flange and is connected to the lower part of the side of the tank with screws), and the water in the water collection tank is installed before the pump is filtered by two layers of screens.

1. The whole machine is usually divided into heating and heat preservation zone and cooling zone. The heating method is generally direct injection heating.

2. Equipped with a control box, touch control panel can display: real-time spray temperature, real-time chain network operating speed, real-time deceleration motor operating frequency and other parameters (optional). It is convenient for workers to control the equipment.

3. The equipment is equipped with cleaning manholes and overflow ports to facilitate personnel to enter the equipment to clean and remove equipment residual liquid. The equipment is equipped with manual main water supply port and automatic auxiliary water supply port.

4. The box body has a window to observe the production operation. A float level gauge is installed on the water tank to facilitate automatic level detection and control.

5. The spray sterilizer is distributed with spray pipeline and steam pipeline, standard steam configuration, pipeline including filter, pressure reducing valve, diaphragm proportional regulating valve, steam bypass, etc.
