Bottle Sterilization Cooling Tunnel:
Continuous tunnel spraying sterilizer and cooler adopts recycling warm water to perform pre-heating, hot water to sterilize, warm water to cool and spraying cold water to cool down, which takes 4 procedures; the temperature and holding time can be regulated and auto controlled; This tunnel type cooking and cooler is widely used to second sterilize on the bottle, can, type acidic milk, juice, beverage, beer, and flavor etc.

Main structure and feature
Our pasteurizer mainly adopts SUS304 stainless steel material. Specific structure and feature as following:
1.The machine width is 2000mm, the length is determined by capacity and processing demand, the height is determined by bottle’s height. The inlet and outlet is seal design. Chain net and comb board are imported material with high intensity. High temperature resistance is 115 degrees and they won’t be stretched when operation. The thickness of chain net is δ24.6mm and brand is Shanghai Ding en. The machine adopts straight sectional cross supporting type to ensure chain net operating steady without wobble. Chain net height can be adjusted from 1000mm to 1100mm. Chain net operation speed can be adjusted from 0 to 1000mm/min.
2.Main frame is 100X50X2 and 50X50X1.5 with high quality SUS304 stainless steel tube. The internal case material is high quality SUS304 stainless steel plate with thickness 2mm. The upper cover is high quality SUS304 stainless steel plate with thickness 1.5mm. The upper sprinkler adopts industrial stainless steel seamless pipe to prevent overpressure from bursting.
3.The spaying nozzles adopt SUS304 stainless steel and the diameter of the spaying hole is 3mm without blocking, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. Sprinkler heads are evenly distributed to ensure bottles even contact water.
4.Pump inlet is linked with sump tank outside the pasteurizer(sump tank adopts square stainless steel flange linked downside of the pasteurizer by screw), there will be two stage nets filtering before sump tank water entering to the pump.
5.The whole machine commonly consists of heat reservation zone and cooling zone. Strait spaying type for heating is usually adopted.
6.Fitted with operation box and real time spaying temperature, chain net operation speed and motor reducer operation frequency can be displayed on the touch screen panel. It is convenient for operator to operate the equipment.
7. Fitted with cleaning manholes and overflow ports to facilitate workers to enter into the equipment for cleaning and discharging the residuals. This equipment is also fitted with main manual supplying water port and automatic auxiliary supplying water port.
8.Fitted with glass window to observe operation condition. Also installed with float level meter to automatically detect the liquid level.
9.Spaying sterilizer distributes spaying pipes and steam pipes, standard steam configuration. Pipes include filter, pressure reducer, diaphragm proportional control valve and steam by-pass.
