Description:

SUNRISE glass bottle filling machine is mainly designed for filling hot temperature liquid into glass bottle; For example juice, tea drinks etc which are made of concentrate juice. The final filling temperature will be around 85-90 degree centigrade; Once the thermal meter in juice filling machine is lower than the temperature, juice will be return to sterilizing machine again through return system.
Glass bottle juice filling machine is different from plastic bottle. It will be optional and suggested to apply 4 in 1 filling machine, one more washing system is adopted to warm up the glass bottle in advance.

2.UHT system

It is a kind of sterilization technology for fresh milk treatment. It can be instantaneously sterilized at 135-140 C for 4-10 seconds without refrigeration below 10 C. Its shelf life can reach 1-6 months.

During cooling, according to customer's requirement to adjust speed by inverter, which is suitable for cooling of all kinds of hot material.

Palletizer is a machine which can arrange the cartons which has been loaded containers in a certain code on the tray. The stacking is automatic and launched many layers. Stacking complete, the layers will be push out. It is easy for the forklift to convey the layers to storage facility.
