The extrusion pressure unit uses extrusion and contact pressure sensing technology to detect PET bottles. When the liquid bottle passes the detector, the double-sided belt of the detector squeezes the liquid bottle, the pressure sensor behind the belt transmits the pressure value in real time, and the control center analyzes the pressure value and makes a judgment. Thereby feedback whether the aluminum film of the sealed product is leaking; the signal is sent to the rejection device, and the unqualified product will be rejected by the rejection device.
The PET bottle beverage level detection unit adopts X-ray technology, using the principle that the radiation intensity changes with the surface position of the substance after the low-energy photon source interacts with the substance to be measured, and is used to control and detect the volume of the substance to be measured.
