1.Summary
Full case inspection adopts the most stable weight sensor in the world, combined with the operating system developed by ourselves, in order to detect the lack or abnormal increase of the weight of the products passing through the equipment.
2.System composition
The detection system is mainly composed of man-machine interface, differential belt, weighing detection unit and rejector, in which the weight sensor is the core component of the equipment; the man-machine interface includes touch screen, tower lamp and operation interface; the rejector is the actuator of the system, which is used to reject the unqualified boxes.

5.Site Environmental Requirements:
1. Optimum height:Altitude 5- 3000m;Optimum ambient temperature:5℃-40℃;
2. Optimum environmental humidity:50~65%RH;
3. Plant condition:The parameters such as ground levelness and bearing capacity of the ground can meet the relevant national standards and meet the normal use requirements of the machine.
4. Production line condition:The installation position of the inspector is smooth, the conveyor chain is not shaking, the guardrail is smooth, and the space between the cases should be more than 1 case width when entering the inspection machine.
5. Installing straightaway is more than 4 meters and buffering space of the back end requires that products inside the device can be emptied during stopping machine.
6. Storage conditions at the factory:After the parts and machines arrive at the factory, the storage place can meet the relevant national standards, pay attention to lubrication and maintenance during the storage process, prevent the damage to the surface of the parts or produce deformation, thus affecting the normal installation, debugging and use of the machine.
