Vacuum and pressure inspector is a fully automatic multifunctional detection system equipment with a detection speed of up to 1500 cans per minute. It adopts contactless on-line detection method and its detection principle is based on the world leading acoustic technology and scanning technology.
It adopts acoustics technology, testing quality defects from low pressure or less vacuum of the iron sealing container. When the container passes trough the detecting probe, the probe emits a high-energy electromagnetic wave non-contact shocking container lid and the lid impacts sound. Sound with pressure of the container has the certain proportion relationship. Through acoustics technology, the machine can judge whether the container has the quality defects by sound. The unique sound analysis method can achieve high accuracy and continuity.
Scanning technique is used to detect the deformation of the lid of the iron cover container, and the quality defect of the container is judged by the deformation degree of the lid. When the container passes through the curved surface scanning probe, the probe continuously detects the distance between the probe and the lid and outputs the proportional analog voltage. The analog voltage passes through the data processing system to produce the shape quality value of the cover. The unique data analysis method can achieve high accuracy and continuity.
Control platform: Vacuum and pressure inspector integrates the latest digital signal processing technology, all Chinese menu, color touch screen operation simplifies man-machine communication. The display can display all the parameter settings and adjustments of the product, and can store the parameters of 10 different products. Other functions of the system include independent programmable batting output for product defect percussion. Independent programmable modules can make the following settings: hit container, retain container, encoder, hit indicator, alarm and batter status output.
