4. Bottle unscrambler

 

KY series bottle unscrambler is the latest generation of fully automatic intelligent bottle unscrambler. The machine adopts intelligent fully enclosed visual design, photoelectric detection, and dual anti-jamming functions, suitable for various bottle types. The shape of the whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable, runs smoothly, reduces the number of labor, reduces production costs, and increases the bottle output speed without increasing the load. The automatic bottle unscrambler is a supporting equipment for soft drink filling, which is used to transport the disorderly PET bottles to the production line neatly to improve production efficiency.

 

5.Air Conveyor System

 

Air conveyor is a bridge between the PET bottle blowing machines and 3 in 1 filling machine. Air conveyor is supported by the arm on the ground; the air blower is settled on the air conveyor. Each inlet of air conveyor has an air filter to prevent dust coming into. Two set of photoelectric switch settled in the bottle inlet of the air conveyor, which can adjust the filling machine’s speed: “slow-down”, “stop”, “speed-up”, and “start”. The bottle is transferred to 3 in 1 machine through wind.

 

Main character

Except support arm etc. which are made of plastic or nylon material, other parts are made of SUS AISI304. Air blower is settled with air filter to prevent dust coming into the bottle. There is an adjustable joint settled in air conveyor. Do not have to adjust the height of unscrambler and air conveyor to meet the demand of different bottle, only adjust the height of bottle inlet. There is a block bottle clear device driven by cylinder. When bottle block in the inlet, it clear the bottle automatic. There is a photoelectric switch settled in the bottle inlet, when the bottle is detected, unscrambler stop. When the bottle leaves the switch, unscrambler runs again.

 

6.3 in 1 washing filling and capping machine

Washing part

 

Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle dial.
All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.
304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.
304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.

 

Filling part

 

Mainly composes of bottling barrel, bottling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle clamping lift device etc. Bottle is conveyed to the bottling machine with the clamp plate of star wheel drive IV, bottling bottle clamp plate supports the bottle neck and rotates together with the bottling, and ascend along the guide rail and then open the bottling valve for bottling, after finishing bottling, it descend and loose the bottling valve, bottling valve may automatically close. Bottle is discharged from the bottling machine along the clamp plate of star wheel drive.

 

Capping part

7.Pasteurized spray cooling system

 

It is used for sterilizing kinks of food products, such as plastic/glass bottles juice and beer, tin can and aluminum can juice under ordinary pressure, and even for cooling the hot filling tea and juice drinks and warming the low temperature filling carbonated-soft drinks.

8.Water blowing machine

 

1. The whole is made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with a special protective cover, and the product design is beautiful and generous.

2. Adopt the special air knife imported from Germany SUS304 material, the width of the air outlet is 1mm, the adjustable range is 0.3mm-3mm, and the effective length is up to 1200mm, which can adapt to the drying requirements of the containers in different environments.

 

9.Inkjet printer

 

Automatic show of products counting, batch numbers, shift numbers. Printing speed: Up to 660 characters/second (7x5 single line) /Variable characters/languages/logos/fonts printing etc, four directional inkjet printing.
