1. Water treatment system

2. Filling machine
This three-in-one machine for PET bottles integrates rinsing, filling and capping functions. Based on foreign advanced technology, it is designed according to the filling processing requirements of mineral water and pure water.
This machine has three functions: 1. Flush empty pet bottles, 2. Fill the rinsed bottles, 3. Cover the filled bottles.
The main electrical and air drive components are products of world-renowned brands. All controls are advanced touch screen operation, which can realize man-machine dialogue operation.

3. Bottle labeling machine
This machine is mainly used for flat bottles, square bottles, oval bottles, special-shaped bottles, labeling can be double-sided labeling. The bottle is sent into the bottle through the conveyor, and the equipment is equipped with a capping device to ensure the stability of the bottle transmission.
In addition, it also provides different types of bottle labeling machines, including:
PVC armbands, self-adhesive labels, OPP/BOPP labels, etc.

4. Çonveyor system
1) Air conveyor
The wind generated by the fan pushes the bottle directly into the filling machine to start cleaning. Note: In addition, the fan is also equipped with a filter to filter impurities in the air first. 2) Flat conveyor Shipping bottles are very stable. The conveyor is controlled by the bottle belt and the host machine or equipment, and moves up and down to prevent the bottles from falling, jamming, or releasing goods. We set the position of the control switch according to the layout of the conveying system to make it easy for users to operate. |

5. Bottle lid unscrambling/lid loader
Deliver the bottle cap to the bottle cap part, and the bottle cap elevator will adjust the bottle cap to the correct direction and wait for it to be transferred to the bottleneck.
Air pressure is transmitted to the lid lifter.
Flat cover loader reduces the occurrence of rear cover.
Before entering the bottle-cap elevator, the surface of the bottle-cap faces the same direction, which speeds up transportation and reduces false stops.
