1. Ultra-clean filling technology

 
        Ultra-clean filling technology is an ultra-clean filling technology introduced on the basis of aseptic filling technology. It uses the microbial control technology of aseptic filling and fills in a 100-grade clean environment with strict disinfection technology to ensure that the products are not polluted by external factors during the filling process. Compared with aseptic filling, it is more cost-effective.


2. The ultra-clean filling process needs to meet three conditions
 

1) The filling material should meet the safety requirements of the shelf life;

2) The contact surface between the packaging material and the filing material shall be sterilized;

3) The environment of the filling and sealing area shall be sterilized and maintained in a clean environment.


3. Applicable conditions of SUNRISE ultra-clean filling
 

1) Applicable products: fruit juice, tea drinks, functional drinks, dairy drinks, water, etc.

2) Applicable container: PET bottles of various sizes and shapes

3) Filling temperature: hot filling (85-92℃), medium temperature (68-72℃), low temperature filling (below 35℃)
 

4. Institutional characteristics

 

1) Washing station
 
        The bottle washing machine has reasonable structure, convenient adjustment, sufficient lubrication, and all materials used meet the food hygiene requirements. The hose connector of the water diversion tray adopts stainless steel quick-plug connector. The center of the water distribution tray is made of wear-resistant and waterproof material POM, and the seal is made of silica gel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and adopts an internal and external water pressure self-balanced sealing rotating mechanism. The bottle washing machine can realize high-pressure washing of the inside of the bottle, the outer wall of the bottle and the mouth of the bottle. The bottle washing area has a lower water receiving tray and an upper water baffle. The rinsing water inlet is equipped with a pressure adjusting device, which can adjust the rinsing pressure according to the requirements of the empty bottle and control the water flow. Effectively guarantee the effect of rinsing and save the consumption of rinsing water. A bottle-rinsing device is installed at the bottle-rinsing connection to effectively disinfect and clean the bottle neck.
 
2) Filling station
 
        The filling form is pressure filling. The filling pressure is provided by the sanitary pump, and a stainless steel pressure backup valve is provided before the liquid is fed into the center of the filling machine to control the filling pressure. The filling machine adopts upper and lower dispensing cylinders. During the filling process, the air in the bottle returns to the lower dispensing cylinder without contact with the outside world, which is more advantageous than other forms of filling to ensure the sterility of the product.
 
 
3) Sealing station
 
       The sealing mechanism adopts a tower transmission mechanism. The sealing head adopts German technology, and the tightening mechanism adopts an adjustable magnetic clutch configuration. The tightening force can be continuously adjusted between 0.6-2.2N.m according to the parameter requirements of the bottle cap. When the tightening force is higher than the set value, the screw head automatically runs idly, avoiding the cap abrasion by the sealing head, and the sealing pass rate is greater than 99.9.
