TJBJ Type Label Inspection Machine
1. Equipment Overview
The label inspection machine adopts a professional image processing system, which can realize 360-degree inspection. The simple design of the bottle changing and lifting mechanism can quickly adapt to a variety of bottle types through simple manual adjustment. The compact inspection cabinet minimizes the equipment footprint. The detection operation status and fault conditions are all displayed on the man-machine interface. The detection unit can also be configured according to customer requirements.
2. Equipment Features And Layout:
Light source: LED surface light source with a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. Using the background light method of illumination, the edge contour of the measured object can be clearly outlined; in the image, the marked part is black, and the unmarked part is white. "Black and white" images are easy to analyze and process.
Lens: Manual iris fixed-focus lens is adopted, the image on the CCD target surface is clearest by adjusting the "focus adjustment ring", and the brightness of the image is optimized by adjusting the "iris adjustment ring".
Camera: It adopts an area CCD analog camera with a resolution of 640*480 pixels, and the image acquisition speed can reach 80 frames/sec.
Layout diagram: After the sleeve/labeling machine, it is required to be on a single-segment chain of more than 1500mm, the relative gap of the bottle during operation is more than 2cm, the relative chain jitter of the installation position is small, and the guardrail is smooth.
