The industrial computer analyzes and processes the image. On the one hand, take a picture from the top of the bottle mouth, and judge whether the seal is qualified according to the flatness and integrity of the aluminum film seal; on the other hand, take a picture from the side of the bottle and observe the characteristics of the bottle side to judge whether the bottle is leaking. The aluminum film sealing inspection machine better guarantees the product quality through the above two links of inspection.
When the sample bottle enters the bottle mouth detection area, the sensor will trigger a signal to the vertical camera, where the light source lights up, and the camera takes an image of the bottle mouth aluminum film and transmits the image to the industrial computer, which processes the image in real time , Judge whether the aluminum film on the mouth of the sample bottle is flat and complete.
When the sample bottle enters the bottle shape detection area, the sensor will trigger a signal to the horizontal camera. The high-speed camera acquires the image of the sample bottle shape and transmits it to the industrial computer for processing. Finally, the comprehensive judgment results of the two detection stations are obtained. For defective products, when the tested sample bottle enters the rejection area, the reject device will reject the defective products to the defective collection table. If it is a genuine product, enter the next production process.
The equipment is mainly composed of detection devices (including bottle mouth aluminum film sealing detection and bottle body leakage detection), man-machine interface, industrial computer, rejection device and power distribution cabinet, etc., suitable for high-speed PE bottle filling production line leak detection.
