Extrusion type pressure inspector
Extrusion type pressure inspector is automatic multifunctional inspecting machine which use the online extruding method. By the extruding of the bilateral belt to the cans to inspect the pressure inside the cans after the secondary sterilization. The stable capacity is 48000cph.
If the pressure inside the cans is overtop, too low or bad sealing, it will decrease after the secondary sterilization. The cap of the cans is out of shape and can't recover. It is hard for the conventional contact free inspector to detect, we can only use the contact method to inspect the unqualified ones. Extruding pressure inspector use the extruding and contacting pressure sensor technology. When the can reaches the inspector, the bilateral belt will extrude the can, the pressure sensor send the value to the control center, after analyzed to the value, the control center send instruction to the rejecting device to reject the ones which are with higher or lower pressure.
The inspecting system consists of human-computer interface, pressure inspecting device and rejecting device. The pressure inspecting device is the core element. Human-computer interface includes the touch screen, tower light, operation interface. The rejecter is the actuator of the system to reject the unqualified ones.
