             Aseptic packaging technology was born in the 1930s, PET aseptic cold filling production line using aseptic space for sterilization, to ensure that the entire filling process to meet the requirements of asepsis.


             Aseptic cold filling refers to the cold (room temperature) filling of products under aseptic conditions, as opposed to the high temperature hot filling method which is usually used under normal conditions. Under the condition of aseptic filling, the device may cause microbial contamination of the product parts are keeping asepsis condition, Therefore, there is no need to add preservatives in the products, and there is no need to sterilize the products after filling and sealing, which can meet the requirements of a long shelf life, while maintaining the taste, color and flavor of the products.


            The key of aseptic cold filling technology is to ensure that the microorganism in the product after filling and sealing is controlled within the allowable range (i.e. commercial asepsis). In order to ensure the success of aseptic cold filling, the production line must meet the following basic requirements: the product is immediately sterilized at ultra-high temperature to reach the aseptic state; Packaging materials and sealed containers should be aseptic; Filling equipment to achieve sterile state; Filling and capping should be carried out in a sterile environment; Establish, monitor, record and control of the critical control points.
